Our Story

Welcome to La Condesa™, where passion, tradition, and love for Mexican culture create an unforgettable brunch experience.

Our story begins with two entrepreneurial women from Mexico who found a new home in the vibrant state of Utah more than 20 years ago. With a shared dream and a deep love for the flavors and spirit of their homeland, they set out to bring a piece of Mexico to their community.

Where Mexico Meets Brunch:
A Culinary Fusion

Inspired by their travels across the United States and Mexico, they noticed a gap, a place where authentic Mexican flavors could meet the warmth and comfort of a classic American brunch.

This realization sparked the idea for La Condesa™, a restaurant where the rich culinary traditions of Mexico blend seamlessly with the fresh, inviting atmosphere of a modern brunch spot.
